OSC Rules Sino-Forest Defrauded Investors and Misled Investigators

BNN reports on Ontario Securities Commission’s ruling on SinoForest. In a nearly 300-page report, OSC said the company and several of its top executives defrauded investors and misled investigators and “engaged in deceitful or dishonest conduct”.
